An Inside Look at North Hive Food Park, Now Open

June 18, 2017

There’s no question that food parks are the rising trends in business and recreation, aiming to satisfy our gastronomical needs these food parks offer a huge variety of cuisine choices from various food vendors. North Hive Don Antonio is the most recent addition to this. Said food park boasts of a special kind of twist. Unlike your standard Food Parks, North Hive offers to be more than the rest as it is the pioneering park that fuses the food park concept with a bazaar plus much more.

Joined by my good friends, Jocel, Bi-ann, and my partner Jeff, we had the opportunity to be there at their soft opening last saturday and we loved it

Like other food parks, there were various stalls to choose from, we ordered primarily at The Buffalo Barn, Migo’s, Rustic Box, and Shake Eats, These are only some of the awesome stalls we tried, and man, were we satisfied. There are unique dishes and some a bit typical but executed and cooked extremely well. Here's what we ordered and where you can get them,

Ice-cream Sundaes from Shake Eats (120php)

Dr. Mango Graham from Shake Eats (120php)

(Left to Right) Sriracha and Parmesan Buffalo Wings from The Buffalo Barn (180php)

Deep Fried Chicken with Creamy White Sauce on Top from Migo's (180php)

Salted Egg Pasta from Migo's (175php)

Calamares from Migos (150php)

Grilled Salmon from Rustic Box (260php)

North Hive appeals to all people in various walks of life, it’s a steady place to hang out, very spacious, lot’s of greenery and is very relaxing. With it’s rustic accents, spacious outdoor niceties and pinterest-y vibe, it reminds  it’s patrons of the relaxed dining experiences of Tagaytay and Baguio

On top of the unique food stalls, North Hive has its own treehouse bar, an old pool converted into a sunken dining area, (which the severs refer to as the “sunken garden" both covered and al-fresco dining areas, a stage for live bands, and the vast space that you usually just do not get with the other congested food parks.

I haven’t been to their weekend bazaar but I heard that North Hive is also enticing because it has its own regular Weekend Bazaar which can accommodate around 50 stalls. Moreover it seems like North Hive will keep on expanding as there are lots, and spaces yet furnished, so we gotta keep our eye out for that.

North Hive Don Antonio is the newest destination of the North. Situated along Holy Spirit Drive (formerly Don Antonio Ave.) in Quezon Cit Try out this food park and see for yourself.
